You mean to say you are ready to insert the denture and the patient hasn't paid anything. You can't drop the chart if the payment doesn't match the charges. That means you must keep that patient on your roster. You will have trouble getting other patients.
You will make the business office send out four bills. Then it will go to collection. Then you will be given permission to pay the bill a few months before graduation. You don't have enough bills?
The rule of the school is that all payments must be completed before delivery.
