The prescription pads are in the Soble Lab on the left as you enter through the hinged door. Write " Please process complete maxillary and mandibular dentures in ------ shade acrylic." There is a shade guide manufactured by the lab to guide you as to denture base color.
Have the instructor sign the prescription (you also sign), including the Pennsylvania license number.
